You can browse this website without creating an account or completing a contact form. The consultant finder asks only for your preferred language and broad process categories. If you book through Calendly, the booking form separately asks for your name, email, full address and phone number, and information that may help prepare for the meeting.
The finder choices remain in your browser while you use the tool and are not saved by this website. Calendly booking details are sent to Calendly and, after a confirmed booking, copied to our restricted CRM database so the team can coordinate the consultation.
Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and date and time, in logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
Analytics and cookies
We do not currently send your browsing activity or finder choices to an analytics or advertising provider. This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
If we add a service that changes this practice, we will update this policy and add any consent controls required before the service is activated.
Booking through Calendly
When you choose to book a consultation, the embedded Calendly page receives the information you provide there, such as your name, email address, full address and phone number, appointment details and any preparation message. After a confirmed booking, we receive the booking details through a signed Calendly webhook and store them in a restricted CRM database.
Calendly processes that information under its own privacy notice. Avoid adding sensitive case details to a booking field unless the consultant has asked you to use that channel for this purpose.
How information is used and shared
Technical information connected with the website is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot it. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.
Service providers may process limited information on our behalf when needed to host the website or provide booking services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the website, our rights or another person’s safety.
Retention and security
We do not retain the choices made in the consultant finder. Confirmed Calendly bookings are retained in the restricted CRM only for as long as needed to coordinate the consultation, comply with legal obligations and manage privacy requests; the owner should approve the exact retention period before publication.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information under our control. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Your privacy choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask about personal information under our control and request access, correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained when the law permits or requires it.
